KEEP EXPLORINGWe are seeking a resourceful, energetic, and proactive Wine Portfolio Manager to develop an exceptional portfolio of wines throughout the Caribbean and Latin America.The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with regional distributors to inspire and motivate their teams to grow sales and market share.
Develop and maintain cross-cultural relationships while interacting with all levels of personnel
Work directly with assigned suppliers and engage our sales team across all markets to further enhance brand building
Collaborate with distributor partners to establish and execute tailor-made marketing plans
Stay abreast of industry and market trends and the macroeconomics of the countries assigned
Analyze sales data frequently to develop strategic plans that capitalize on growth opportunities
Prepare and monitor fiscal forecasts and implement marketing programs within fiscal budgets
Facilitate and carry out brand training and educational sessions for customers and sales teams
Travel frequently for market visits and trade events
Experience in wine sales and marketing, with time spent managing brand budgets and forecasts
Exposure to international business practices and travel for professional purposes
Energetic and self-motivated with a willingness to ‘roll up your sleeves’
Ability to inspire, educate and motivate a team to achieve established goals
Resourceful with strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
A degree in Management, Marketing or International Business with fluency in French and/or Spanish preferred
