Reporting to executive management, the ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker who enjoys networking to identify candidates and connect them with opportunities within our group.
Lead and innovate our approach to recruitment with creative campaigns and initiatives
Represent the company and actively network at community events, universities, trade shows, and associations (locally and overseas)•
Develop and implement strategies for employee orientation and on-boarding
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience with the recruitment and selection process
Nurture proactive pipeline strategies for a future talent pool
Expertise in talent scouting, company branding, employee engagement, and workforce planning
Extensive experience using social platforms for recruitment in our industry/region
