KEEP EXPLORINGThe Regional Sales Manager is a proactive and dynamic sales and marketing professional, who promotes a portfolio of wines in select Caribbean markets. This role will be responsible for working closely with our regional Distributors to inspire and motivate their teams to grow sales and market share.
Develop and nurture cross-cultural relationships with distributors and key personnel.
Collaborate closely with our Distributor Partners in an effort to further develop the Stansfeld Scott portfolio across the region.
Spend time in market to stay abreast of industry and market trends, demonstrating a keen understanding of macroeconomics in assigned countries.
Coach and inspire the distributor sales and marketing teams by providing guidance and support in alignment with brand objectives.
Analyze sales data frequently to develop strategic plans that capitalize on growth opportunities.
Prepare and monitor fiscal forecasts, ensuring the successful implementation of marketing programs within fiscal budgets.
Conduct brand training and educational sessions for customers and sales teams.
Travel frequently for market visits and trade events.
Experience in sales and marketing of consumer products, with time spent managing brand budgets and forecasts
Good technical understanding of wines, WSET Level 2 or higher preferred
Exposure to international business practices and travel for professional purposes
Energetic self-starter with integrity and a willingness to ‘roll up your sleeves’
Ability to inspire, educate, and motivate a team to achieve established goals
Resourceful with strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Proficiency in Spanish or French preferred
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Management, Marketing or International Business
