KEEP EXPLORINGWe are seeking a resourceful, dynamic and proactive Marketing Manager, based in our Barbados office, to undertake full responsibility for the marketing and profitability of assigned brands within the Wines and/or Spirits Division.
Manage and promote assigned brands to achieve greater market share and profitability
Analyse industry trends and develop strategic plans to capitalise on growth opportunities
Conceptualise and implement marketing programs within allocated budgets
Compile and evaluate in-market data and competitive activities to establish realistic brand goals• Inspire and motivate the sales team to ensure the effective execution of programs
Manage day-to-day communication with suppliers and customers
Provide regular written market updates to management and suppliers
A degree in a business
related field, preferably Marketing or International Business
Minimum of two years’ experience in consumer marketing
Energetic and self-motivated with effective leadership skills
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Proven analytical skills
Fluency in French and/or Spanish preferred
A fulfilling sales and marketing career with exposure to international business
