KEEP EXPLORINGWe are seeking a resourceful and detail-oriented person, based in our Florida office, to provide a host of business support services. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing information and paperwork including orders, supplier and distributor claims, price lists, promotional invoices and logistics. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced office environment and communicating daily with customers, shippers, and suppliers around the world.
Receive and process international orders and invoices
Assist with processing supplier & distributor Advertising & Promotional (A&P) claims
Maintain various filing systems (electronic and hard copies)
Answer incoming phone calls
Assist with maintaining and distributing price lists
Obtain compliance documents
Coordinate courier services as needed
Offer support services for supplier and/or distributor meetings
Provide back-up logistical services
Continually evaluate support services and recommend efficiencies
Provide clerical and administrative support relative to the efficient operations of the office
Maintain a positive attitude and provide exceptional customer service
2+ years administrative experience
Excellent written and oral communications
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics
Proven analytical skills and resourcefulness
Keen attention to detail
Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
Fluency in Spanish and/or French preferred
